Café Benzine is an experimental webcomic, urban, slightly strange, grounded through illustration. Still early: the project explores characters and environments, sequential panels and scene studies, weaving through motifs of coffee shops, diners, and people failing to stay grounded.

Why it matters
This is my personal playground for visual storytelling. No client, no brief. Everything I test here shapes how I design and observe. It is also where the draughtsman and the designer are the same person.
Status & process
Early phase. Currently working on narrative structure: how to order scenes, how to pace a page, before going deeper into texture and environment work. A few pages exist; more are in progress.
